Food post...

Just sharing my food tonight... UGH, although somehow I still managed to stay in my calorie range. Don't ask me how that happened.

If you're looking for a read, please read yesterday's post. Kinda personal, but wanted to share a little bit of me.

Funny thing is today I was feeling a little vulnerable when no one was responding... Thank you to those you wrote to me.. I know that I'm not alone in my struggles - your words are an encouragement.

I'm going to try and post my food like this too but haven't yet. Your day could have been better and it could have been worse. At a glance (not like you're asking me but you know me) I say get some RF bread so that you can have 4 slices for half the calories. Sara Lee has a new one where 2 slices are 1 pt/90 cal.
Not gonna get on you about the fries, I love me some fries too. Eat more F&V and water. YOU CAN DO THIS TINA! I need to get my arse back to blogging and kicking some blogger butt. Maybe I will try another challenge at least for us. Would that help at all? You wanna see my OCD exercise spreadsheet?

I'm off today so I'm gonna stalk you :) and post my travel through time. I did post some pics yesterday to compare me at a year ago when I joined WW.

Umm, you stayed in your calorie range cause you rock....even if it was by the grace of god ;)
