pics post & Budapest bound!

I've become one of those people. You know. They stop on the side of the road and whip out their digi-cams. I just couldn't help myself.

Most of today and including right now it is 67 degrees. It's February 6th and I wore a t-shirt and sandals to work. Which could explain why I keep getting sick. *shrug* I am NOT complaining but the warmer weather is a tease because even though I want to be dumped on with tons of snow, I'm soooo ready for spring-ish clothes and FRUIT IN SEASON.

Today, my bff and I booked our tickets to Budapest. We paid $492 bucks r/t! That is an UNBELIEVABLE deal. We're going for a missions conference and then we have a few days of play time. So hopefully we'll be able to hit a neighboring country. Ideas are welcome as always. I will be investigating online later to see if we can maybe visit on of my girls from last year's stay. Oh yeah, we leave next month.. March 5th!!

I love scenery pictures! That sky is gorgeous!

Budapest? Wow, I can't wait to see pictures and hear about it! How cool. So call me dumb, but what is a missions conference? And that price, OMG what a steal!

Wow, that's a fantastic deal!

My friend and I were thinking about going to spain, but man it's expensive. We might have to change our plans. :-(

Great Pics of the Sky! Enjoy the warm weather when you can. There is a blizzard outside here!!!

Ha ha, go look at my blog. We have differing aspects to the same sunset. Looks like you loved the clouds, and I loved the color of the sky... of course, stopping to take the pictures instead of endangering my life and others' while taking it over the steering wheel of my moving car would have been a good idea.

No way, yours are way better. I love the color of the sky in mine, but I love the clouds in yours, you can see every little swirl... I can almost see a little bit of that angry sky that chased that beautiful sunset into the ground.

Love the pictures!

I am so ready for spring, warmer weather and the fruit to be in season too. Seems this time of year all I eat is veggies!

Wow, I'm jealous of your trip!

I have a friend who has family in Budapest. I'll see if she can give me any tips to forward on to you. One thing she mentioned - the toilet paper is crap, so to speak. Very rough. She brings her own. (She's also a little high maintenance, so that that as you will.)
